Change – Is it Necessary

It is always said that one shall adjust with the situation.
It is always conveyed that one should compromise.
It is always mentioned that grow slow.
Always, Always, Always…..

But what if a person is put up in wrong job,
What if a person is enthusiastic?
What if circumstances don’t give him a chance?
What if change is stubborn…..

The saying “Things easily said than done” seems true when one is in that situation. One can compromise but not at cost of frustration. One can change but not at cost of degradation. Either add value to others or add value to oneself; but how can one stay where things can move ahead irrespective of any addition.

Men do compromises, infact one compromises not because it’s learning but because its pressure. Pressure can be from family or the situation; it can be of loan or of opportunity. Situation do come, situation do go but one thing remains and its learning.

So let’s move ahead and decide whether we need to change the time or do we need to compromise. I don’t know but somehow I feel things move on and when it doesn’t; change takes place. Either we change it or time changes but change do come.

When one takes responsibility than fruits is ours; when time takes it fruits get distributed.
