Learning – Isnt it the most boring thing or is it the best thing that can make us busy in life. Learning is all about updating our knowledge. Someone had rightly said “We learn every day from each and every instances some or other thing”.

People learn throughout their life; be it a Junior KG or MBA, be it during training or during giving lectures, each and every instance is about learning. Learning is not all about reading books (Now I hope I am making some sense and one would feel good) but its all about reading people, nature, climate, things, etc. Let’s take a case of MBA, what people learn here? Is it Books or is it Case Study? I feel the most importance aspect of MBA is people, one can learn anything from books at any point of time when it is necessary but it’s all about people that is the most importance aspect in MBA.

Now one will think what that is great about people, we meet hundred thousands of people every day; so what’s that special about people in MBA. Well it is all about variety, difference, culture, etc. One is different from other not only in religion but also from region. Each one comes from different state, traveled many places, and learned many things, different background, what not they bring with them. Leaving and sharing with them is all about learning.
